BIBLICAL CONVICTIONS:

The FFGCI is committed to the supremacy, sufficiency, authenticity and authority of God's inscripturated Word, and to its interpretation by a plain/grammatical/historical hermeneutic, leading us to a clear understanding of the Gospel of God's free grace. 
 


FREE GRACE AFFIRMATIONS:

We embrace the following Affirmations:

1. The Grace of God in justification is a free gift.

2. The sole means of receiving the free gift of eternal life is faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, whose substitutionary death on the cross, and resurrection, is the only basis for our justification.

3. Faith is a personal response, apart from our works, whereby we are persuaded that the finished work of Jesus Christ has delivered us from condemnation and guaranteed our eternal life.

4. Justification is the act of God to declare us righteous when we believe in Jesus Christ alone.

5. Assurance of justification is the birthright of every believer from the moment of faith in Jesus Christ, and is founded upon the testimony of God in His written Word.

6. Spiritual growth, which is distinct from justification, is God’s expectation for every believer; this growth, however, is not necessarily manifested uniformly in every believer.

7. The Gospel of Grace should always be presented with such clarity and simplicity that no impression is left that justification requires any step, response, or action in addition to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

8. Believers in Jesus Christ will be individually rewarded according to their faithfulness.

We are committed to displaying a contagious enthusiasm for God, His Word, our Savior and each other as we work together to advance the Gospel of God's free grace in the world!

We are committed to doing God's work in God's way by prayerfully seeking His wisdom, will, guidance and strength as we work to complete our mission in the world.

6. Unity

We are committed to maintaining the unity of the Spirit in our fellowship of free grace churches and among the Body of Christ at large in the world.

7. Excellence

We are committed to honoring God by striving to be and to do our best individually and collectively as we work to complete our mission in the world.

8. Innovation 

We are committed to a willingness to take risks in expressing our God-given and biblically-guided creativity in order to advance the Gospel of God’s free grace in the world.



CHARTER MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Full charter membership in the Fellowship of Free Grace Churches International is available for Free-Grace minded churches through 2009.  You can also join us as we endeavor to clarify the message of God’s grace by uniting with us in the battle for the gospel on behalf of our Lord and Savior.

Membership is available to churches who heartily agree with Free Grace Theology and Statement of Faith and who support the doctrinal statement.   Full membership for Charter Member churches is attained by a pledge of 1% of the church’s annual budget payable at 1/12 of 1% monthly.  These funds will be judiciously used in order to further the cause of Christ in the battle for the gospel of His grace.
